What types of events are included in my membership?
MONTHLY DISCUSSION SERIES
(60 min via Zoom)
Once a month, I gather the community for story telling, insights, and coaching related to one or more of the ten “breaking free” themes–with question prompts for reflection and (optional) small-group discussion. Each session is highly interactive and designed to leave you with new insights and connections.
Session recordings are available for members.
MONTHLY WORKSHOPS
(60-90 min via Zoom)
Leaders, experts, authors, and panelists join me to share their expertise and insights. Each workshop is interactive (with Q&A and optional small-group break outs) and designed to help you break through your toughest challenges, connect with other leaders across companies & industries, and walk away with practical actions you can take.
Session recordings are available for members.
MONTHLY GROUP COACHING
(60-90 min monthly)
Two or Three leaders from the community get a 25-minute coaching spotlight. Each leader brings a challenge or opportunity they want support navigating. Through this process, you have the chance to: Be coached, Learn from the coaching and advice given to others, and improve your own coaching skills.
Session recordings are available for members.
Corporate Sponsorships and custom programming are also available for any company that wishes to scale participation and impact.
A Note on Logistics:
Workshops, Discussion Series, and Group Coaching Calls are scheduled in advance and are typically hosted Wednesday-Friday at either 9am, 12pm or 4pm Pacific. Invites are sent out with plenty of advance notice to ensure you are able to block the time, and recordings are available if you have a schedule conflict.
As a special bonus, we sometimes offer a “Part Two” or deeper-dive series (for members only) when the interest level and need is high on a particular topic.

Our Leader Development Equity Fund ensures equitable access for nonprofit leaders, rising leaders, leaders who are between jobs (or recovering from workplace trauma), leaders who have a larger financial commitment to their families or communities, and other circumstances that require financial assistance.
Nearly 50% of our Breakthrough Leadership Community has benefitted from our scholarship program.
